The 126th annual RSW (Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolours) exhibition opens in Edinburgh (The Mound, Princes street) on Saturday the 17th of June and is always an excellent example of the vibrant and eclectic nature of Scottish Art. If you want to see a contemporary water colour exhibition (not an oxymoron) that challenges preconceptions of what constitutes a watercolour then you must make a visit.
I am an active member of the society and the above painting will be shown in the exhibition.
